I strongly advise against shopping for a vehicle at this dealership based on my negative experience. Their communication and customer service are severely lacking. I visited the dealership on Monday and found a truck I liked. Wanting to carefully consider the decision, I informed the salesperson I was working with that I would reach out within a day or two. On Wednesday morning, I texted the salesperson to confirm I’d be coming in later that evening to finalize the purchase and even discussed down payment options. He assured me via text and phone call that everything was set and ready for me to close the deal when I came in. However, after driving an hour and a half to reach the dealership that evening, I was informed upon arrival that the truck had already been sold earlier that day. Despite multiple confirmations from the salesperson, no one took the initiative or courtesy to inform me before making the trip. While I completely understand that vehicles sell quickly, it’s unacceptable and inconsiderate to let a customer drive a significant distance when the vehicle is no longer available. This lack of professionalism and basic communication is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values its customers’ time and communicates honestly. I bought my last car from Matt at Nucar North Kingston, and it was a dream. Everyone at that dealership was pleasant and informative. They took care of everything without issue. Unfortunately, my car was totaled, and I was back on the market a few weeks ago. Nucar up in NH had a Volvo I loved, so I reached out to Matt, but he was on vacation. North Attleboro was the next closest Nucar, so I went there. I worked with Daniel, who did nothing to inform me of the process. Turns out the dealer up in NH had to mail the title to this dealer, which took about a week. Fine, but that would’ve been nice to know. He initially played it off like it was just a day or two. He also tried pushing me to sign financing documents to "open an account" before telling me the terms, just that the rate was "lower than I was approved for". Turns out he was right, so why not just tell me the terms? He was extremely defensive when I asked what the rate was before signing. Very sketchy. I am a thorough guy, so when I viewed the car, I tested everything. I tried all the switches, I checked the trunk, the windows, the seats, the infotainment, the mirrors, everything. Everything was perfect except for the rear seat needing to be cleaned. There was cheese crusted onto the center armrest. Remember that everything else was perfect before I left, even the seats. It’s important later. When I went to pick up the car, Daniel was 30 minutes late to my appointment, and his excuse was that he was "with a customer"... Okay, am I not a customer? Fine. We give the car a once over and the rear seat is still not cleaned, and the front passenger seat adjustment no longer works. I immediately bring it up and Daniel assures me it will be taken care of. I came down about a week later to have it looked at, and Daniel challenged me on whether it was broken or not, then I waited an hour while he "brought it to service" just to be told to come back because it would be another hour. Upon my return, I walk up to a service advisor to get checked in, and she very firmly demands that I “go stand next to my car”... Okay, I go stand in the middle of the bay and wait for someone to come. They review the car and tell me to expect a call in the morning. Well, I just got a voicemail from the service department letting me know that the general manager will not approve the repair because it’s “not safety-related”. I’m not concerned about my safety, I’m concerned that you broke my car while I was waiting for you to get the title. I’m insulted that the sales manager did not have the confidence to call me himself, that Daniel lied to me and told me it would be taken care of, that they broke the car in the first place, and that this process was somehow the most time-consuming thing about totaling my car. I am big on relationships and have referred 3 people to Nucar after my last experience, and planned to have a wonderful relationship with the service department. If this is not resolved I will stop recommending Nucar to my network, and I will not use their service department. I hate to write negative reviews. I have left dozens, if not hundreds of reviews on Google, and they are largely positive, but my experience has been too disappointing to leave un-shared. I don’t have the desire or energy to reach back out to this dealership and waste more of my time. It sucks to see a potentially fruitful relationship destroyed over such a small repair. More

An hour before my appointment a salesman called me and I asked "why are you calling me, is the vehicle not available? My friend is driving me to this appointment and I do not want to waste their time." I was assured the HRV was there. A half hour later, we pulled in the parking lot. I received a text telling me the HRV was not available. Since Nucar Toyota saw me a valueless customer, I left and went to Anchor Subaru in North Smithfield where they have world class customer service! More
After spending the better part of 10 days looking at new 2025 Toyota Camry vehicles at area dealers, I have finally purchased my car at Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro. Having previously purchased a Prius 2025 Toyota Camry vehicles at area dealers, I have finally purchased my car at Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro. Having previously purchased a Prius Plugin there several years earlier, with new faces at the dealership, I once again had a terrific buying experience. My initial contact was Ahmad Sabbagh. Ahmad carefully reviewed new and used Camry's considering all available inventory and incoming new Camry's with variable delivery dates. Being knowledgeable of vehicle pricing with different trim levels, Ahmad was patient to answer my many questions. His knowledge of the Toyota Camry line was impressive. AS it was late on Sunday afternoon, I planned a return visit to inspect and test drive Camrys. I returned mid week to take inspect and test drive vehicles only to miss Ahmad who worked during the day and my visit was in the early evening. The Sales Manager, David Garcia, whom I briefly met with on Sunday afternoon to discuss my trade-in pricing, graciously greeted me and took me to look at the used 2023 Camry. The car was seen inside their viewing garage on the side of the building. David suggested that they had a 2025 Camry SE that he wanted me to see which we did. The car once it was brought into the side garage was really nice. Another salesperson passing through the area, Mustafa Alktar, came over and shed some great advice on my situation. Mustafa explained the benefits of buying new versus used if I could afford the difference in cost which was very close in price. Without being pushy at all, David and Mustafa pointed out the value of a new car with a full warranty versus the certified used car warranty which was significantly less. The new Camry would also have access to the 20year/200,000 warranty as well. I never felt any pressure from either David or Mustafa. They treated me with great respect much like a friend would speak to me. I decided to return Friday to test drive the cars during the day. Returning on Friday, Ahmad and David welcomed me back. David had another salesperson Khaled take me for a test drive of a 2025 Camry SE as Ahmad was unavailable. Khaled was very knowledgeable during my test drive and never rushed me and was very quick to answer my questions. Everything was done with a smile. Upon my return, Ahmad returned and we again looked at new cars in stock and others that would soon arrive. We talked pricing on my trade and pricing on 2025 vehicles. There was a great deal of information going back and forth. Ahmad was very patient and treated each of my questions like it was my first. As we go closer to making a decision, David Garcia returned to deal. Being the sales manager, David worked with my pricing concerns, was able to satisfy my trade in number and work it with a great price on the 2025 Camry that I test drove. Once again with great enthusiasm from Mustafa Alktar, my salesman friend, I agreed to a deal with David. Our conversation in getting a deal done was thorough but competitive. Most of all I believe it was very engaging but stress free. I could not be happier with purchase process. new car. In conclusion, the purchase of my new Camry was smooth, the pricing in the deal was very fair for me, and my experience working with Nucar Toyota a very positive one. My biggest takeaway from my experience this past week that everyone from David Garcia, to Ahmad, Mustafa, and Khaled and Pedro, was the sincere efforts to take good care of me and my business, regardless of who was getting paid and for what. I was treated with great respect and never was pressured about anything. It was not only a positive experience but far from anything negative. Worst car buying experience in my life buying over 30 cars from dealers all over the country over the past 25 years. I had an appointment to complete purchase of my car and waited around for over an hour and a half and was lied to about how long the timing of registration and delivery. Additionally, I gave specific and detailed instructions that I wanted to install the license plates which were not followed. The reason I wanted to install the license plates is exactly what I thought would happen is that when I took delivery of the car and they mounted the front license plate holder crooked and crumpled my new license plate using the drills that should not be used since they have too much torque but of course no one cares or understands these details. My wife bought a new Prius last year and was not shown how to operate anything since the salesperson did not know how to operate the car. Excuse me but if you choose to sell cars for a living / profession at least take the time to understand what you are selling. Total of $75K spent at this horrible dealership that neither will ever buy from again. More
