There was no wasting time listening to a sales pitch and no pressure, just great quick service and a willingness to work with us to get the Subaru we wanted which ended up being one they brought in a few days later from another dealership. Brian Stahin was excellent and easy to deal with and very straightforward with all information. Since buying the call also got quick telephone help from the service manager on a technical issue with some of the display setups and from the person handling the title filing. From the very first contact, I found Chris to be extremely personable and knowledgable. I had done much research on the Internet and felt confident about which model and features I wanted in a new Subaru. As soon as my husband and I met Chris a few days later at the dealership, we felt right at ease, and Chris quickly arranged for me to test drive a vehicle that met all of my needs. Completing the paperwork and financing was a breeze and fairly stress free. Chris made sure to give us a tour of the facility, including the service department, and he also spent time orienting us to technology features in our new Forester. Our purchase was complete and we were on our way home with our new vehicle in about 2 hours. Chris and several other members of the dealership have been in contact with us since our purchase to thank us for our business. We test drove several cars and although the dealership didn't have exactly what we were looking for that day, Helen kept an eye out and would let us know when something that we might like was on the lot. A month or so later a car showed up that was just what we wanted. The purchase process was very low pressure and Helen was really great to work with again.
