My husband is in an assisted living facility and I MUST have a vehicle that is reliable in an emergency. I feel very secure with my Crosstrek. Also, I want to thank the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, Brian Strahin, who helped me, but was not high pressure, a quality I certainly appreciate. He is an asset to the dealership and is prompt in responding to any questions or concerns you may have. In addition, the service department, with my two routine visits for and oil change and inspection, have been "spot on" - both in their timely manner in servicing the vehicle and their professionalism.
