From the initial contact via email, Dan Johnson was wonderful. He was a pleasure to work with. Brandon Mitchell was great as well. Both Brandon and Dan went out of their way to make sure we left with the car we wanted on that day, even though we came in near closing on a Saturday. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or like we were inconveniencing them, which is something I've experienced at other dealers. The other staff that I did not work directly with were friendly and helpful as well. Lastly, the price for the vehicle was incredible. They beat every dealer within 250 miles. I'm sure they would have beat those outside of that area had I searched. More

I hate the process, I hate the haggling, I hate all of it. Now, let me tell you about my experience at Bob Wade and more specifically, with Joe Gioscio: They could write the handbook on customer service. (Also, as a side note: I work in customer service, so I don't take this statement lightly.) Joe made my car buying experience enjoyable. I didn't know that was possible. I had searched far and wide (At one point I considered letting CarMax ship a car from CA...so I mean WIDE) when I found a little golden nugget at Bob Wade. It was a 2014 Honda Accord. I called Joe and I liked him from the start. He's upfront without being pushy. That's hard to pull off. I live in another city, so he was patient with us amidst multiple cancelled appointments due to snow delays. When we finally made a connection, he had the car waiting for me with a new inspection and a new oil change. All of the paper work was done, Candace was ready for financing and it was all smooth like butter. But wait...it gets better. A mere 10 days after our purchase, I managed to park too close to a curb and scratch my alloy wheel. Needless to say, my husband was less than thrilled with me. Luckily, this is covered as part of my warranty, so I found myself back in Harrisonburg and back with Joe. This is what I have to say about their service: It's just easy. It's so easy, in fact, that I find myself considering the purchase of an extended service contract, even though we don't live in Harrisonburg. Furthermore, they went above and beyond the call of duty. They needed to repair the wheel, but they also cleaned the car inside and out. In fact, when I picked it up, I mentioned that it looked like it had never been driven. In a world where no one takes customer service seriously and humans can forget to treat each other with respect, I find this entire dealership and its staff to be refreshing. Great Car Buying Experience! Bought a Crosstrek Our overall experience was good. The purchase process was fairly easy. Had leather seats added after purchase of vehicle. A little lack of communi Our overall experience was good. A little lack of communication from Sales person when he forgot that we had purchased the Auto Armor protection and we had to bring the car back a second time to have that done. We were also told that we got a free interior care kit, but dealership was out at the time. Checked once several weeks later and still was not in. We have yet to be notified that the kits are in and have not received one. There was no owner's manual in car so had to call about getting that. The sales person never went over the features of the car after we purchased. Did not know how to read some of the dash indicators so had to read the manual. More
