Rachel made the buying experience simply better than all the other dealerships. Rachel was the most upfront and honest and work way late into the evening to get the car we were looking for at the best price offered of any dealership. Although there was one other dealership that ultimately offer an equivalent price (and was closer to where we lived), they simply could not match the honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that Rachel had shown us and trust me when I say there is an intrinsic value to a good buying experience that money simply can not provide. I would also like to thank the management team for working late into the evening to get us the best deal and the car we wanted in a very very short overnight timeline. He was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. He made the deal very fair and desirable. I was happy to learn a little about his background and family.
