Absolutely awful service all around. I bought a used truck in Jan 2021 from them and that experience was fine. I brought the truck in for a clunking noise I was having when stopping, which they couldn' truck in Jan 2021 from them and that experience was fine. I brought the truck in for a clunking noise I was having when stopping, which they couldn't diagnose and told me to keep driving it till it got worse (really safe right?!). After barely driving it for a month because I didn't feel safe, I was washing the truck and noticed my passenger side leaf spring was twisted. Brought it back and told them what was wrong and they then confirmed that was my issue. After waiting a week for them to repair my leaf spring (parts didn't arrive...short staffed so couldn't get to it, etc) I pick up my truck leave the dealer and my entire dash lights up. I turn around and come back, after making me wait for an hour and half I am told that the wheel bearing assembly is bad on the drivers side. Big coincidence! They then tell me I have to pay for that repair if I want it done. I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't even offer an apologize. Just told me there is nothing they can do. While waiting for my truck I watched 4-5 different customers pick up their "serviced" vehicle only to turn around in the parking lot because something wasn't done or a light was never reset. Their service dept is by far the worst I've ever been to. I understand being short staffed but your staff are not knowledgeable, helpful, or even the least bit apologetic. I'll never buy another vehicle or get any service done at Bob Tyler Toyota. If I could give 0 stars I would! More

I had an appointment at 9:15 on Thursday July 22 2021 I have been waiting 6 hrs for to call me back the guy Greg Mann said it would be 3 hrs to fix. Kept calling and No one return my calls.
