I really enjoyed working with Ryan Dockens. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what kind of payment would be acceptable from the start. With this info, he was able to get me an awesome 2009 Cor exactly what I was looking for and what kind of payment would be acceptable from the start. With this info, he was able to get me an awesome 2009 Corrola for less than 250 a month. I look forward to driving my Corrolla until the wheels fall off (when my grandchildren are driving it 50 years from now). More

I'm given this rating because this is the third new auto I've purchased from Bob Tyler Toyota. Mike Campbell was my first salesman and even though he's moved on to financing we've stayed in touch and he has I've purchased from Bob Tyler Toyota. Mike Campbell was my first salesman and even though he's moved on to financing we've stayed in touch and he has always answered my question honestly and not with what he thinks I want to hear. He recommended Luis Vilar for this last purchase so I felt I was in good hand and as it turned out Mr Vilar is just as personable and professional as Mike and it was a pleasure working with him. The whole team at Bob Tyler have always treated me with courtesy. I bought a 2010 Toyota Seqouia Platinum edition. Asking price was $48,999, I paid 43,999 plus TTT. Kely was my slaes person she was very down to earth and honest, unlike most car salesmen. I am very happy with the vehicle, I have a 8 yr 125K bumper to bumper warrenty, but we'll see how that goes when something breaks, lol. I'll post if they live up to there word or not on the warrenty. I also have free oil changes and washes every 5k miles for 6 yrs, thats pretty nice in its self, again I will post if they live up to that also. Overall everything went smooth, got a decent deal, and would recommend this dealership to others. More

My experience with Bob Tyler Toyota was great! It had been about four years since I bought a vehicle and had buyers remorse afterwards, as I had many times before so I did lots of research. Along with test driving several vehicles, six, and dealing with as many salesman no one came close to the customer service that I received with Tony (salesman) and Mike (finance) at Bob Tyler. Tony was unlike most salesman, pushy and overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and confident that the Highlander would beat any competition. He was right! The dealership treated my wife and I as a customer and not a dollar figure. I would and will recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to purchase another vehicle. We visited Ed Tyler Toyota because another Toyota dealer in New Orleans sold the exact car we had selected. We were very upset and wanting to see what else may be available. Nichole met us and was immediate in New Orleans sold the exact car we had selected. We were very upset and wanting to see what else may be available. Nichole met us and was immediately concerned and listened to us rant and rave. She was very patient. She then introduced us to other models made by Toyota. We test drove two different VenZa's and my wife fell in love with one. Nichole's patience and understanding helped us to calm down and to see other options.
