I felt that the sales person I had was very friendly and knowledgeable on the car I was purchasing; he also explained all the safety features on the car. Ryan was great and extremely helpful. The overall experience was good. My only complaint would have to be length of time to complete a deal. It was my first time, however. Could be normal. When I arrived I told the salesman the stock no. of the car I wanted to see and he had the keys in his hand, he said someone else from Ft. Walton had called and was comming to look at it. With this info, he was able to get me an awesome 2009 Cor exactly what I was looking for and what kind of payment would be acceptable from the start. With this info, he was able to get me an awesome 2009 Corrola for less than 250 a month. Mike Campbell was my first salesman and even though he's moved on to financing we've stayed in touch and he has I've purchased from Bob Tyler Toyota. Mike Campbell was my first salesman and even though he's moved on to financing we've stayed in touch and he has always answered my question honestly and not with what he thinks I want to hear. He recommended Luis Vilar for this last purchase so I felt I was in good hand and as it turned out Mr Vilar is just as personable and professional as Mike and it was a pleasure working with him.
