I was in the market for a new car, but not firmly decided when I visited Bob Tyler Toyota; I wanted to check out the new Camry, but there were none for sale yet. Joel went the extra mile and asked Jeremy if I could test drive HIS 2012 Camry LE that he himself purchased. Jeremy was very generous in letting me drive his car, and both he and Joel were obviously very enthusiastic about this car. It never sounded like a "sales pitch" to me at all, because they were absolutely right! They sold me on the 2012 Camry before test driving anything else, and ultimately at a reasonable price to boot! Awesome customer service considering there were none on the lot, and I wanted an SE 4-cylinder in Classic Silver Metallic with leather upholstery. Joel Alex and one of the sales staff located exactly what I wanted due to be delivered to another dealership over 200 miles away. Yet again, Joel went the extra mile and actually drove it back to Pensacola himself, and I picked it up the following week. Michael was very helpful with the paperwork and explaining the available warranty coverages. All were quite friendly and seemed very sincere. He knows the vehicles and after purchasing several vehicles through him, he now our tastes. My recent purchase was a 2011 Toyota 4 Runner. I needed to go back to the dealership to pickup my floormats. Philip knew what my husband liked for a vehicle, set "aside" a 2012 Toyota Camry for my husband to look at, and ended up my husband purchased the vehicle. I told him Philip was going to show him a vehicle and my husband said no new vehicle to me and Philip. What a great salesperson!!! I can't rave enough about Philip. Everyone at the dearlership that we came in contact with has always been friendly including finance. I know everyone hates to go to the finance office, but at least Michael in finance makes it fun. Again, I can't rave enough about this dealership. We wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. More
