We made two trips to the dealership to make sure that a Grand Vitara was what we wanted. Jeremy was outstanding with his sales pitch and knowledge of the vehicle. Grand Vitara was what we wanted. Jeremy was outstanding with his sales pitch and knowledge of the vehicle. More

Jeremy was OK, he showed an interest in getting us into the car of our choosing but mentioned his compensation too many times. He also barged into our meeting with Philip the finance manager. John, the S the car of our choosing but mentioned his compensation too many times. He also barged into our meeting with Philip the finance manager. John, the Sales Manager was "right on", I had met him the day before and did not feel pressured. John worked out a deal that was equitable for us, again without pushing the sale, he made it a most comfortable experience. Philip, the Finance manager was able to save us some money by pointing out if we put the car in both names we can transfer the of tag therefore eliminating additional costs. He was also instrumental in reducing finance rate and proposed additional warranty which we took advantage of The crew of Bob Tyler also made a point of announcing our purchase before we left the dealership. At first this felt awkward but when the Bob Tyler personnel took time to shake hands and thank us a feeling of belonging replaced those feelings. Sincerely Ken & Shelli Branch More

My wife and I live in Fairhope. We saw an ad online for a Highlander with very low miles. We decided to check the car in Pensacola and had no idea to close a transaction that day. The nicest lady named Jenny Highlander with very low miles. We decided to check the car in Pensacola and had no idea to close a transaction that day. The nicest lady named Jenny answered the telephone call and upon arriving at the dealership she directed us to Ryan Dockers. Ryan was very knowledgeable of the inventory. We drove the Highlander and like what we saw. Ryan keeps his customers at ease and never rushes anything. We made what we feel was a very attractive deal thanks to Ryan, John, and Michael. I will recommend these folks at Bob Tyler. We are considering a purchase of another auto in a couple of months and will certainly contact Ryan again. Jim Hood More
Very friendly. Repeatedly visited dealership over a couple of weeks. No pressure to purchase. Allowed to take out time and make good choices/decisions. Great deal on the car we finally setteled on. couple of weeks. No pressure to purchase. Allowed to take out time and make good choices/decisions. Great deal on the car we finally setteled on. Never purchased from Bob Tyler before so can not speak on their service yet, but did introduce myself to them and seemed friendly. Same with parts. Raquel was the first saleslady we met and she worked with us on each visit, new and used cars. Very impressed with her attitude and understanding. Would work with her again when we go car hunting again (in a few years). More
I brought a 2009 Toyota Camry, of all days, on Friday the 13th this would scare some people but I could not have had a better experience with everyone involved in the purchase of my new vehicle. Jeremy Grah 13th this would scare some people but I could not have had a better experience with everyone involved in the purchase of my new vehicle. Jeremy Graham was my salesperson who greeted me outside on a cold winter night. After choosing my vehicle, he was so thoughtful to warm up the vehicle for my test drive. Jeremy was professional in his demeanor with a southern twist and knowledgeable of the Toyota Camry. Michael Campbell was my finance manager who was very sincere and very quick and professional with the financing process. He worked with me until I felt I had the best deal possible. I would highly recommend the dealership and both Jeremy and Michael to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Bob Tyler Toyota with Jeremy and Michael. It was pleasant to do business with this dealership. I was trading in a vehicle which made my situation a little more involved. We considered the Nissan Maxima, Hyundai Sonata, Honda Accord and the Toyota was trading in a vehicle which made my situation a little more involved. We considered the Nissan Maxima, Hyundai Sonata, Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. We walked out on a frustrating experience from a Eastern Shore Hyundai because they kept us there for 2 hours to play their back and forth sales tactics when the Sales Manager came in and proceeded to tell us that "it wasn't a big deal" to pay more than what we wanted to pay and they just couldn't understand why we didn't want to. The guys at Bob Tyler Toyota made our car buying experience a pleasant experience, gave us a good deal with our trade-in and a 2012 Toyota Camry. I love the car! More
