Horrible experience. Salesman would not even give us a trade in offer for our 2004 tacoma. Told us we were wasting his time. Since we didn't have a large budget, we were shooed out. Much better experience. Ran into another customer who felt they were mistreated also. We both bought our cars from Honda. Anybody who reads this should google Bob Tyler and his lawsuit. More
My experience with Bob Tyler Toyota was beyond anything I expected. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I am retired Air Force and I've been to a lot of different cities as well as different Countries. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, in different cities around the world. But I am proud different cities as well as different Countries. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, in different cities around the world. But I am proud to say that I never been treated as nice, friendly and professional as I did with your fine staff at Bob Tyler Toyota and Suzuki. My wife and I both bought a new car (Wife: 2012 Suzuki Kizashi, Me: 2012 Suzuki 3X4 Sportback). We both love the automobiles, but the most important thing to us was the quality of the service we both received. If Bob Tyler read this, then he should be very proud of the excellence his team show their customers. (Special thanks goes to Mr. Rob Godwin, Ms Kely Muligan, and Tim Teschel). Although Mr. John Knight hasn't been there very long, he was very friendly and helpful. Again, thanks to everyone that help me and my wife purchase our new vehicles. I will recommend this team to anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota or Suzuki. They are both fine and reliable automobiles, because I owned a Suzuki Grand Viter SUV and had no trouble whatsoever out of it. More

I walked into Bob Tylers very apprehensive about the whole car buying process, and wanted nothing more than to get prices and test drive a couple of used vehicles I had found online. I went to Bob Tyler Toyota just to get some information on RAV4's because I was considering buying one for my daughter. Clarence Campbell offered to show me what they had in stock and took the time to expl on RAV4's because I was considering buying one for my daughter. As we were walking and talking I found a 2011 that was such a great buy I called up my wife and daughter who met me at the dealership and we bought it right then and there. Thanks Clarence!
