As I am waiting for the service, Stacey Conley approached me and began asking about what I was doing there, how I liked my car, etc. He proposed to look into whether or not I had anything to gain from a trade-in from my 2014 to a 2015 Corolla. He insisted he had nothing on his plate at the moment and was willing to go through all the paperwork, even if I decided in the end to not trade (a rather tedious task for the possibility of no gain). I was somewhat apprehensive about exploring the idea; however, I had discussed with friends and family the pro's and con's associated with trading after a year or so, and it does depend on finances and what the salesman is willing to offer. He was incredibly fast. If I had intended to trade my car and had all the paperwork at the time, we would have agreed on the deal and been done two hours after my arrival. He did not throw out much of a sales pitch. He let the actual numbers do the talking, which were what convinced me. It was a professional and well-executed sale. His work was far beyond what I had expected during a trade-in. Though (as expected) my monthly payment went up a little, he was able to drop my interest rate, which was something I had never considered looking into, and proved to be the tipping point toward trading. It was an expected visit with an unexpected outcome, and I feel like it was worthwhile thanks to Mr. Conley's work. More

It pains me to be so "upside down" on my current auto loan but hopefully I have learned from my mistakes from the past! Perhaps I would be in a position to refinance my loan? I am also very impressed with the service dept. on my regular stops in for oil changes and tire balancing.
