Worst customer service experience in years. I have not returned to Bob Tyler since the first service experience after I purchased new. Today I was giving them another chance. My car needed n oi I have not returned to Bob Tyler since the first service experience after I purchased new. Today I was giving them another chance. My car needed n oil change and the service maintenance light came on today. I am going out of town so I figured I would just stop by on my way home from work to make an appointment for tomorrow, since I go by the dealership daily. Oh and did I say that I called early in the day to make my appointment for tomorrow, got a recording telling me they would call me back. Still waiting on that call. At the service lane the agent told me he could not make an appointment that I had to come inside. After watching a lot of employees chatter with each other someone inside directed me to a service agent in the back. He said he could get me in right away. I was shocked and thought things must have changed. They said the service light may be because of a possible recall. two hours later I asked about my car. They said it would be another35 minutes. I asked what thy had gotten done. The answer was its in the service bay. I asked to have it brought around. They had not touched it. He said I wanted them to look at the possible recall and they were going to take care of that gas line issue. Interesting that they had not started and it would take another 30 minutes do to do the oil change and the recall work. I asked that they just pull the car back around. NOTHING had been done. I bet they charge more that 35 minutes for the recall service fee. all they had to do was tell me what they were doing . the service guy told me it was on me because I said they could look at the recall stuff. We went downhill from there. My first instinct to avoid Bob Tyler was my best. The car had difficulties through out the year and a half, i was becoming more willing to try my first hand at a dealership even though I had my past disbelief of going to a dealership at a young age. However, a great salesman named Stacey Conley walked up with an open and welcoming smile with an honest to heart intention to help someone like myself out. I left Bob Taylor with a smile on my face and a brand new Nissan Altima to take home. More

After visiting several dealerships in Car City, my neighbor recommended Bob Tyler Toyota. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Matt Wilkerson who took the time to listen to my needs. Matt selected several vehicles that met my budget and I selected a Toyota Corolla. Matt was friendly and professional during the entire process. During the process, I had the pleasure to meet and speak with the Used Car Manager, Sarah Chapman. Sarah took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I drove away from Bob Tyler Toyota with the vehicle that I wanted that was in my price range. Matt Wilkerson and Sarah Chapman truly made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. More

what an awesome salesman After looking online for a van I saw some I wanted to look at at Bob Tyler. Keith Kennedy helped us and showed us a van that we really liked. After talking about numbers he came back with an awesome price for my trade in and out the door price. I was very shocked that we didn't have to send him back for a lower price and argue about payments.
