Horrible customer service I went here with my mom and it was terrible. Our salesperson was Koray Sarikaya, and he wasn't very nice. We had an appointment but he made us wait fo I went here with my mom and it was terrible. Our salesperson was Koray Sarikaya, and he wasn't very nice. We had an appointment but he made us wait for about 15 minutes when we got there, and when he finally greeted us, he told us he was doing a deal and needed another 7-10 minutes. Then he yelled over at us at the computer asking what car we wanted to see. We walked over to him and told him we wanted a Nissan Altima or a Sonata. He led us to the lot but walked so fast my mom and I had to run to keep up with him. We couldn't do it, so we trailed behind a little, but he was waiting for us at the door. As we were walking out, he told us that his goal is to make money. I thought that was a horrible thing to say to a new customer. After looking at a few cars, he said that he had another deal to do and he would be back. So he left us alone again and we found a red nissan altima that he didn't show us. We really liked it and wanted to test drive it, but we couldn't find him. We waited about 20 minutes in the lobby and finally we asked someone else to help us. I think his name was Mike, he was really nice. I guess when Korey saw we were being helped by someone else, he came over. I like the car but it was only 400.00 out of my price range. He said he would see what he could do and came back to tell me that if I bought a different Altima, the white or black one, he could come down in price. I told him that I'm sorry, but I really had my heart set on this red one. He got upset and said " I quit". Like we were being such a hassle because we didn't want to buy a different car. My mom and I both thought that was really rude, but we stayed polite. We left thinking that we would come back for the car, but we would ask for a different salesperson. We never did end up going back and I bought another Altima at a different dealership. More
The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! I had bought a Toyota Corolla last summer and found that it was not enough for my needs as a photographer and filmmaker. I had researched the RAV4 an I had bought a Toyota Corolla last summer and found that it was not enough for my needs as a photographer and filmmaker. I had researched the RAV4 and decided to stop by Bob Tyler to test drive the Certified Used RAV4's. I was blown away by the friendliness of the sales staff! Elizabeth Dixon was stellar in finding me a vehicle. We started with the used RAV4s and found that the new 2015 was better for my budget. Her honesty, patience, and pleasant demeanor was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at other dealerships. I never felt pressured to buy something I really didn't want. She listened to my needs and agreed that the smaller SUV would be the best solution and together we found the perfect car! The story doesn't end there! The financing is always the most stressful for me. Rates, numbers, anything that has to do with money...ugh, kill me! Kim Douglas, the Financial Director, made it so clear and simple. She worked hard to get me the best rate and coverage. I had gotten a rotten deal on the Corolla from another dealership and between the manager and Kim everything worked itself out and I am in a much better place with a much better car! The experience buying a new car at Bob Tyler was the best I have had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota in Pensacola. More

Sean helped us find exactly what we needed, both within our budget and what we needed. There were several other associates who helped out along the way. Kim, the finance manager actually spent extra time at work (just before her vacation) making sure all of our paperwork was in order. She even spent extra time researching a licensing discount for military members, and this was after we had finished our deal. The team worked hard to get my husband and I what we needed and I appreciated all of the help, including the extra research on tow capabilites for Tacomas. As with any major purchase I recommend knowing your budget and doing your own research. Toyotas are known for being reliable and dealing with a Toyota gets you warranties you wont find elsewhere. More

On May 1st, 2015 we encountered Check Engine Service rep Randi Williams has our sincere appreciation and gratitude for exceptional customer service. On May 1st, 2015 we encountered Check Engine and VSC lights on our 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD while on vacation in Pensacola . It was a Friday afternoon, and we had planned to leave for NC early Monday morning. Randi pulled out all the stops, troubleshot and identified the issue - a failed timing belt tensioner, which had thrown the timing off. Randi found the needed parts and had the repair completed before close of business on Saturday afternoon. Randi had also contacted my local (Northern Virginia) Toyota service department and also my extended warranty company to try to help us out with the cost. She even arranged for payment over the phone and had the bill waiting for us at the sales desk when the dealership opened on Sunday morning. Overall, amazing! This is a prime example of "world class" customer service and Randi deserves a big, "Thank You!" And to the entire Bob Tyler Toyota team, you have our gratitude for exceptional customer service. More

Entire staff was totally knowledgeable, competent and very professional. Zero sales pitches just very straight facts. Greg our sales person knew exactly every spec of the vehicle we considered. Then Kim the Finance Manager knew every detail by heart. and took us through the entire process with zero hitches. We have been doing business with this dealership for 25 years with few exceptions and every time we have a need, it seems we always go right back to the same dealership. The products sell themselves and very professional people fill in the details and these folks did so again. More

She promptly called for someone in finance. Mr. Keith Kennedy arrived within minutes. I explained my situation and he handled the matter professionally. I completed the entire process in less than 20 minutes. This is the second vehicle I have purchased here at Bob Tyler. They have always treated me with respect and professionalism. I am only marking down price as they do not work with Navy Federal car buying service. Other than that one issue I have had a pleasant experience with this dealership and would recommend them. More
Sunshyne Holbert I bought a 2012 highlander from Jason Wistle in August 2014. There was no owners manual and he said he would have one to us in a few weeks. We Never got it and checked with him multiple times. We live in Louisiana, so your dealership is not a convienient location for us. About 3 weeks ago I got a mass email about a sale at Bob Tyler Toyota. I pressed the reply button and was surprised to be able to reply to a mass email. Even more surprising was within a couple of days I got a reply from Sunshyne Holbert and I got my manual Monday! I am so thankful to her for handling this for me so quickly! She is a wonderful example of what coustomer service should be. Jason Wistle, however was not. Thank you again to Sunshyne. She was curtious, timely and efficient. More
I love this salesperson and this dealership I have been recently searching for a new vehicle , i have already been to three other dealerships including Sandy Sansing, Hyundai and Eastern Shore T I have been recently searching for a new vehicle , i have already been to three other dealerships including Sandy Sansing, Hyundai and Eastern Shore Toyota before I stopped in at Bob Tyler Toyota. I was warmly greeted by Matthew Wilkerson, I explained my situation and what I was looking for, and he was able to sit down with me and spend the most needed time to explain how he can help me out and find the type of vehicle I wanted and to fit my budget. He listened to me (without cutting me off like previous salespeople were) and we came to the conclusion that a Prius is going to be the most bang for my buck. Even though I did not know very much about the Toyota Prius he went in depth to help me understand why the Toyota Prius is the best-selling hybrid vehicle in the world. After I test drove the vehicle I knew so much more than I thought I could ever know after only driving it for an hour or so, and after he spent this amount of time with me helping me know the options and the controls I was blown away and knew that this vehicle was the one that I wanted. When we sat down to go over the price he informed me that I could qualify for 0 percent financing and he was able to keep my payments with very little money down and my trade in the range I needed to be in. Matthew made it very easy and pleasurable to purchase a vehicle after my experience at other dealerships have been horrible. When I got out of Finance which I was very pleased with it as well he again went over the controls on the Prius so that I knew everything there was before I left the dealership. When I was leaving I felt like I was treated like royalty, the customer service skills were outstanding and I will continue to purchase the vehicles from Bob Tyler Toyota in the future as well as send everyone I know to the dealership and Matthew Wilkerson.
