Our amazing find at Bob Tyler Toyota We found the vehicle we've been looking for through craigslist and called and talked to Lorie first. She was extremely helpful in getting us the info We found the vehicle we've been looking for through craigslist and called and talked to Lorie first. She was extremely helpful in getting us the info we needed and helping us make arrangements to come see the 2013 Honda Odyssey that we wanted to check into. Then when we got there - Craig Bullington met us and helped us through the process of test driving the Honda, checking out every aspect from top to bottom and front to back! He patiently answered the many questions we fired at him and he was so very nice and he had a smile on his face that made us feel welcome and important - kind of like we were the only people in the building! And the whole place was super busy - but it never phased him. He hung in there all the way to Kim Douglas' office where he introduced us to Kim and then excused himself to go check on the progress of getting the Honda all ready to go for us! Now to Kim! We cannot say enough good things about Kim! She worked her magic and even had two lenders fighting for our loan! We of course went with Wells Fargo because Kim was able to secure the very best interest rate with them! We had been with Ally for about four years but they lost out because Kim did her job so very well! She is a rock star in our opinion! We will never forget how professional she was and yet at the same time very very pleasant to work with! She is on our Christmas card list forever! To sum this up finally, we had the very best car buying experience ever at Bob Tyler Toyota and we will not hesitate to send our family and friends to see Lorie, Craig and Kim when they need a car dealer that goes above and beyond the call of duty just to make our dream come true. Every car we would look at ended up having stains in the seats from grease. The sales people either were too busy to help us or kept trying to push us into a vehicle we didn't want. So we finally ended up at Toyota and met Mr. Conley. By this time, i had grease all on my butt from the seats at the other places and i was irritated with the salespeople. Mr. Conley was helpful and honest. He didn't try to push us into a vehicle. He made the shopping experience very comfortable and easier, We are very excited about our new car. When we are ready to trade in our other vehicle, we will be back. More

5th Toyota Camry My husband and I went to Bob Tyler's for routine car maintenance. Stacey Conley approached us in the waiting area and asked if we might be interested My husband and I went to Bob Tyler's for routine car maintenance. Stacey Conley approached us in the waiting area and asked if we might be interested in trading vehicles. Stacey looked at our 2012 Camry and brought a 2016 Camry for us to test drive. We fell in love with it. He and Zachary were so kind to us. After our purchase, they took it upon themselves to take all our "stuff" out of the 2012 car and transferred it to our new vehicle, including my husband's scooter in the trunk. He's disabled and I very much appreciated their care and concern. We had not come prepared to trade vehicles so I had not cleaned out the car. lol This is our 5th Camry, four of which we bought from Bob Tyler. Service is always great. We also enjoyed working with Josh in the Finance Department. Good guys!! More
