Great Deal, Great Experience. This was my first time at Bob Tyler Toyota, and this was my first ever pleasant car buying experience. I think a lot of that was because of Holly Pric This was my first time at Bob Tyler Toyota, and this was my first ever pleasant car buying experience. I think a lot of that was because of Holly Price. Holly went above and beyond in making sure I got a good deal and left in a vehicle. She was very polite, down to earth, and seemed genuine both in her enjoyment of her job as well as in helping me through the entire process. In addition to Holly's excellent customer service, hard work, and attention to detail, the facility was nice, well maintained and clean. I came in with specific criteria that wasn't easy to meet, and Bob Tyler Toyota was able to accommodate my needs. I will be back when I'm ready to make another vehicle purchase, and I'll be asking for Holly Price. More

I was pleased with Mr.Conley and did purchase a car I did not write an immediate review because we wanted to see if the car we purchased was what it told to us to be. So after having the car 2 weeks now the car runs good but their is a few things that I was not aware of first their is no spare tire but the jack is in place. I then realized after the fist car wash the paint cover up on highly noticeable big scratches washed away immediately though I did no of a few scratches these were obviously hid during detailing at dealership before we let so im disappointed that it was like hiding something that was not necessary because their was another I could have purchased with no damage I happen to like the color of the one purchased but now knowing this car is like this I wised I would have choose the other so I do felt like we were DECEIVED about how much damage the car actually had for that reason im disappointed in my purchase.
