I told him I'd call later when it was time to turn in my lease car. I called him in July and he helped me. I'm driving a pretty camary now. I was going through some difficult times and Stacey even prayed for my husband! There needs to be more Stacey's in this world! More
Busy!! Awesome Quickness On July 11,2016. I brought my 2014 Toyota 4 Runner for its yearly 10,000 mile oil change. I pulled in at 6:55am and notice 10 cars ahead of me in line On July 11,2016. I brought my 2014 Toyota 4 Runner for its yearly 10,000 mile oil change. I pulled in at 6:55am and notice 10 cars ahead of me in line, I was like just great there super busy Im going be here all day. Dont let this deter you to come back another day. I got checked in at 7:08 told the service tech I want a oil change, tire rotated he told me to have a seat inside and there coffee and douhnuts help yourself and will be done soon as possible, (I'm thinking ya right there's 10 people in front of me), to my SHOCK I was done at 830. Thankyou for FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE. More

We knew what color and packages we wanted on our vehicle; although they did not have one in stock, Stacey went out of his way to find us what we wanted and get it to us as quickly as he could. He kept us up to date all along the way and made sure when we came in to sign the paperwork that things were prepared in advance; finance got us in and out in no time at all. Stacey followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we didn't have any questions about our new vehicle. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and LOVE our new car!! More
Came in for service, walked out with a new Prius. Mr. Stacey approached me with an offer I couldn't refuse. I came in to get my 2014 Prius serviced and he told me I could get a 2016 Prius in MY name ( Mr. Stacey approached me with an offer I couldn't refuse. I came in to get my 2014 Prius serviced and he told me I could get a 2016 Prius in MY name (a first for me) for only $80 more a month and a lower interest rate than my current loan. More

Stands By Me Our car radiator started leaking Saturday about noon. We drove to Bob Tyler's Toyota, upon arrival we were met and told our vehicle would need a radia Our car radiator started leaking Saturday about noon. We drove to Bob Tyler's Toyota, upon arrival we were met and told our vehicle would need a radiator. My wife mentioned possibly replacing our 06 Highlander, at this point we were introduced to Mr.Stacey Conley,sales mgr. He showed us a 2014 Highlander which was in immaculate shape. Mr.Conley was very knowledged as to vehicle operation/functions, etc. We drove this Highlander and wee very pleased with the ride. The Highlander rode (as our 06 Highlander, like being on a cloud) so smooth. This Highlander was "loaded". Technology has really come a long way. We spent the rest of the afternoon getting our papers together to finish the sale. Mr Conley did not rush us into a sale, fact is, he spent much of his day helping us. I would like to say, "Over all the years we have owned Toyoto vehicles from Bob Tyler, we have never yet met any of their personal I didn't think highly of from service to owner. Thank You, Bob Tyler for keeping such personal as empoyees. More
