So very grieving to my family My family bought a new 2016 Toyota Tundra. I have had problems with it from the day I brought it home. Three months now and still not fixed. The service department damaged my rims during one of my visits and they have done everything to avoid replacing them. They have not been truthful in their dealings with my wife and I. $42k + vehicle and not a single day has been a pleasurable experience with buying or owning a Bob Tyler vehicle; just the opposite. So greived with our purchase; and much more with the Bob Tylers. I gave one star for all, but I Would not have if I was able to give none. Honestly. Best hopes for you all who read this. Thanks. Unprofessional Well never thought I would be making one of these but here it goes. I started looking for a vehicle and stumbled across Bob Tyler I called to ask a fe Well never thought I would be making one of these but here it goes. I started looking for a vehicle and stumbled across Bob Tyler I called to ask a few Questions and spoke to Bob tyler he then asked me to fill out a credit application so I did. After I filled it out someone called me the next day. The man preceded to ask me questions I told him I wanted my payments at a certain amount every month. I told him I am ok with pre-owned I asume he felt he could not make any money with payments at that amount because he never called me back. I just moved to fl and found that most of the car dealerships here are lazy and if they can't make a certain amount of money they won't bother. Most press you to buy new and tell you your payments will be 2 to 300 a month. "I am the customer" and "I am telling what I want not what you want". Customers do not care nor want the salesman to make a bunch of money off them. I am tired already and think I will go back and buy from GA. More
