I called to get pricing information on a vehicle, and the salesman accused me of being a "secret shopper," whatever that means. He also claimed he had never heard of a "doc fee" before, insisting it's typica salesman accused me of being a "secret shopper," whatever that means. He also refused to provide the out-the-door pricing. Overall, a very shady and questionable experience. More

The service department provided me with outstanding service. I was visiting Pensacola and my truck had a problem. Worst dealership ever! I went in to this dealership the day before Thanksgiving looking for a 2025 Toyota Crown. The sales manager brought over this Italian guy from Canad I went in to this dealership the day before Thanksgiving looking for a 2025 Toyota Crown. The sales manager brought over this Italian guy from Canada named Roman. I told him what I was looking for and he told me they had the Crown Signia which is the SUV. I said I wanted the sedan. He got on his computer and told me they didn’t have any. He left to go talk to his manager, came back and told me there wasn’t a Toyota Crown sedan within 700 miles of Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola! I left, googled Toyota dealerships and found the exact car I was looking for, right up the road in Daphne, AL- which btw is nowhere near 700 miles from Pensacola! They basically lied to my face. I drive to Daphne and gave Eastern Shore Toyota my $60,000 and bought a beautiful 2025 Crown with 5 miles on the odometer! The Bob Tyler staff are a bunch of crooks! I HIGHLY recommend EASTERN SHORE TOYOTA in Daphne, AL! Ask for Cale! More

*BUYER BEWARE* worst decision I ever did to trust bob tyler Toyota to put me in a RELIABLE car. Just 3 days after knowing the car was messed up took it back up and said I was stuck with the car. Here I a tyler Toyota to put me in a RELIABLE car. Just 3 days after knowing the car was messed up took it back up and said I was stuck with the car. Here I am a month later of purchasing the car and the ENGINE LONG BLOCK HAS TO BE REPLACED (the engine). Literally told me they replaced multiple things and fixed the cause of the engine light then days later the engine light cut back on and they just turned it off and told me not to worry about it and would not take the car back. They KNEW what was wrong with the car especially with the codes coming back as misfire cylinder 3 and sold me a car that was a ticking time bomb. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by how taken advantage of and lied to. I was. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE your business as they do not CARE about your well being. They knew the situation I was in with just being in a terrible wreck needing something reliable and here I am stuck with a 9,000 bill on a 20,000 car and they are not willing to do a thing or have the decency to even give a call back. This was absolutely wrong and I hope I can save someone else from being taken advantage of the same way I was. BOB TYLER IS A DISGRACE. UPDATE: it has been three months since I purchased the car and it has been in the shop waiting for the warranty company to approve the replacement of the engine, I am now responsible for the deductible and other charges for the repair of the vehicle. Yes it is less than the 9,000.00 above but the point and fact is BOB TYLER SOLD ME A CAR WITH COOLANT INTRUSION, the car was messed up when purchased and now I’m facing the consequences because of the vehicle they sold me and they are STILL not willing to help with any of the cost. WOW - who would think a guy at Toyota would have a working knowledge of a Subaru and better yet did not try once to convert me Toyota (maybe next time). This guy even came in on his day off to close the sale - convenient for me, but I suspect not so much for him, Ask for Sawyer - you won't regret what a blessing he will be!! More
