I have been using Bob Swope Ford to service my cars since I moved to Elizabethtown in 2010. I can honestly say I have never had a better place to have my cars serviced. This purchase process was equal to my service experience - absolutely TOP NOTCH. People are the reason Bob Swope Ford is top notch. ALL department there are top notch and people are the cherry on the top of the notch. More
Overall, a pleasant experience from initial contact to purchase. Communications was excellent, prices fair and I felt that I was being treated fairly and given the best price possible. The young man I dealt with has not been there long. He was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new truck. This is a great dealership, I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. My only concern is the service department. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes over an hour. I have a maintenance plan, and I still don’t want to get my oil change due to the fact of having to wait an hour or more. I have seen people wait longer in the waiting room. If they could cut an oil change down to 30mins per vehicle that would be a lot better and I would give this dealership a 5 star. I have watched them service multiple vehicles, sometimes I been there before some people and they are done before me. This is my review to you, hopefully you can speed up oil change More

Marcus Wethington was our sales person and he goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and our satisfied w service is outstanding! I was met by Sales in the Parking lot, Had a specific car I wanted to drive . Paul Jenkins is a good sales rep. Done his best to meet me Half way and arrange the sale. Then gave me an out the door price so not to surprise me later. Straight and to the point is what I like in a sales person. No run around or up sales. We bought a GMC at the ford dealer if not for the factory warranty i would be doing all Maintenace and oil changes there. Very happy with the new car and the trade in amount. was fair . I placed a June 2021 Ford Maverick hybrid order and after 200 days it still remains unscheduled to be built. With each email and phone call to Swope, I’m led to believe all they can do has been done. “Ford isn’t scheduling any hybrids”…”Ford isn’t scheduling any XLTs”… we’re my last 2 responses. Considering the online forums and FB truck clubs that I am a part of, I know both Hybrid and XLTs are in fact being delivered to customers… not only scheduled. I feel like I’ve been pushed to the back of Swopes priority list based on the manipulation of their priority codes and allocations. With that being said, I have not been able to acquire any further useful information other than in “order processing”. I’m writing this review because I’ve been telling quite a few folks about the new Ford Maverick and would not like for one of my friends or family to go through this same scenario based on my word of mouth advertising. More
