We love our new Camaro!! We had an amazing experience buying our new 2019 Camaro ZL1. We initially went to the dealership to look at a Corvette but fell in love with the ZL1. Good experience started with Jennifer Bass who answered all my questions over the phone and ran around snapping pictures and verifying warranty information, before she even knew I was a serious buyer, this young lady was polite, assertive and punctual. 1. Management had a purple pinstripe removed and added custom graphics without even a service contract, or any bump in price. 2. Rob Reese in sales handled my deal. Disclosed all their fees (which were really average or on the low side), and never tried to mislead or hide a single item or amount. 3. Accepted my lower offer with no haggling or games, the latter being very common at car dealerships unfortunately. When is the last time that has ever happened to anyone? 4. Finance dept (Nikolai) beat my banks rate, and was extremely informative regarding warranties and add on’s without applying any pressure to buy. He did a great job and was quick and efficient, I was out in 20 mins from his office. 5. Had two of their porters follow me all the way to Orlando airport to deliver the truck so I could drop off my rental, at no charge and without hesitation. These guys were sharp and professional (would not even accept a tip)! Potential buyers: I have never bought from or dealt with these guys before, don't know any of them, and am not affiliated or been compensated in any way. Just repaying great service and experience with a thorough and unsolicited review. I live two hours away, but will make the return trip for my wife's car in 3 months because of the staff listed above. This dealership represents the way car buying should be handled, and the owners would be served well to reward the staff through commendation and compensation because they have hired well. More

Are experience was good until the end Luis was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.It was such pleasure to work with Luis. He ask us to do a survey about are driving habits when asked why the survey he said he didn't know what the survey was for. It turns out he used it to determine what extended warranty he would offer us. Do to the fact he lied to us we didn't take the extended warranty which we were going to take . .The other thing that turned us off was when someone called a couple days later and asked us about are experience and we told them about are dealing with Chris and they said would check on it and call us back. As of today they haven't returned the call. More

He was calm, respectable and knew exactly what to find for my daughter and I while not breaking the budget. The finance team worked their magic. I even needed some assistance getting the car back for a detail and Britton came personally to pick up the vehicle and had it detailed meticulously for my daughter.
