Though we were able to arrive at a "fair" deal, we had to suffer through some unnecessary hagggling. We were offered $150.00 for our trade in. In the end were allowed $500.00. We should have been given the best means of applying for financing up front and been given a choice. No cat and mousing was called for. I figured Bob Steele wasnt in the business of giving cars away, but when they first showed me the monthly payment I could "live with", I added it up and it was $10,000 more then the advertised price. My key was "held on" to until "we" came to a fair deal. In hindsight, I might have just walked away from the deal altogether (at least ask for 24 hours to think about it). I would, however, recommend this dealership for their variety of vehicles. Just be prepared to have some SERIOUS high pressure put on you. More

Overall experience was great. Tino was every informative and tried to help us get into the price range we needed. The price of the vehicle was good. We took the van to have the part put on on Saturday. The part that came in was wrong and it had to be reordered. We was then told it would be in on Tuesday. We received the call the part had finally come in again on Friday. Just a call in between advising status would have been helpful. More
