After shopping online we knew which vehicles we wanted to look at. Upon arriving at the Cocoa site we were told used cars are at 2 other sites not at the main site in Cocoa. We decided to look at new cars while we were there. The salesman was stiff yet friendly, and helpful but not very knowledgeable about the line up. Still we decided on the vehicles we wanted. We chose 2 vehicles and sat down to negotiate a price. We sat there waited 30-45 minutes for the sales man to return with the exact number the cars were advertised for online and told us the online prices were put up incorrectly and that they were actually losing money by selling them at that price. So we asked for a better deal and he wanted us to sign that if he got to our price we would buy. After telling him we would not single went back to his manager. That is when we decided to walk out. As we were leaving the salesman and his manager proceeded to confront us shoving a paper with their "dealer cost at us" trying to make us believe that both cars were listed so low they would lose over $10k by selling them at the internet price. The salesman even told us we wasted his time he took to show us all of the cars. The confrontation was loud and it ended with the manager telling us to try to negotiate with another dealership. We did and we purchased 2 new cars. My advice: don't assume your customers are not knowledgable and if your internet prices are killing you check them before you post them. More
I contacted the dealership thru the internet. My contact was Tyler and he promptly provided me with all information in reference to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I told Tyler when I could come over and test drive and look at the car, I was impressed that he said I will have it pulled up for you ready to go, that was two days before I was able to get there. Tyler stayed in contact with me, I called him when I was on my way there. I arrived and the Tyler immediately WOW' d me from the start, he was professional, courteous, etc. He knows his product knowledge and took me thru the process there, I was completely satisfied from start to finish, and I will say this for the staff there, Excellent!!!! Upon arrival to the dealership my wife and I were greeted by David Seymour. We explained to David what we were looking for and our situation and he showed us around. After walking the lot for a while we didn't see anything that really grabbed our attention. My wife mentioned to David that she had seen a vehicle listed online and asked if we could see it. After David looked it up we found out that it was located at their Melbourne location but we decided to do the paperwork on it and then they would bring it to the Cocoa location. After a little bit of negotiations we could not reach an agreement on price so David mentioned another vehicle that was located at the Merritt Island store. He showed us the vehicle online and we liked it so they sent someone to go and pick it up. While they were getting the other vehicle they let us borrow a car to go and get a bite to eat. By the time we made it back to the dealership the car was ready for a test drive. The vehicle was exactly as they described so we made a deal. The whole team was very courteous, accommodating and professional. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase anything. Overall a good experience. John was helpful and polite and not too pushy. Travis, the finance guy, was very easy going and informative. I am however, still waiting on a call to pick up my second key to and not too pushy. Travis, the finance guy, was very easy going and informative. Bryan was very professional at all times. We weren't pressured by Bryan to make a deal as if we were taking up his time. Bryan gave us his card and invited us back. The selection was good and we drove more then one model. Once we narrowed our choices down to two we started talking price,rebates,discounts,etc. We had our price in mind and Bryan took the time to work with us and achieve the best price we could agree to. Again I felt we were Bryan's concern. Not just another sale for him and Bob Steele.
