They will rob you blind! They will take advantage of you! I never post reviews and am a very easy customer to please but my experience here was awful. I am a 23 yr old female from Arizona who came in after my car overheated on my way from AZ to Carlsbad. I had no idea what was wrong with it and expressed that to Chris (my service rep). All I wanted was to fix it enough so I could get it back to Scottsdale safely. After they replaced EVERY SINGLE HOSE in my engine, I learned from talking to friends and family in the car business that only ONE of those NEEDED to be replaced. What should have cost me ~$100, cost me over $700. Oh, and Chris (my service rep) promised me that my car would be ready on Monday, but never heard from them Monday. Tuesday, I called them and he says it will be no later than noon that the key would be in my hand, which is good because I needed to drive back to Arizona Tuesday and I legally cannot drive after dark because of my vision. So I got to the dealership at noon. He says the tech is finishing it up. An hour later, he comes back to say that the tech is having an issue with one of the hoses. OK. An hour later he says that the tech is just finishing it up, again. I finally got in my car at 4pm, 4 hours after I was promised it. I get in my car and THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!! Another 30 minutes in the dealership (trying to find the service manager to talk to about my situation), Chris comes back to say that one of the hoses had come lose, which would have been extremely dangerous to drive to Arizona with. I called the service manager on my trip back to AZ to explain that I had been taken advantage of and explain my terrible experience only to get an "oh, I'm sorry to hear that." Spend your money somewhere else, and make sure you know what you need before you go in or they will rob you blind. More

Alan said he will submit my application and call me the next day, well the next day I never received a phone call then a say later I get a call from the receptionists there asking me when can I come in i told her Alan was suppose to call me the previous day and never did she said I will have him call you ASAP.never received the call. Whether approved or not you should still call as a courtesy. Just poor customer service in my opinion. More
Worst Experience buying USED ever! I bought a used truck "AS-IS" from Bob Stall and within 24 hours had a check engine light come on for the evap system. I was falsely told during the sale that "buyers remorse" does not apply to used vehicles. This was a lie and I would've utilized option had I not been lied to. Truck had 2 engine codes both of which were not meeting California Emissions Standards. I called them and explained to them my situation, they requested I bring the truck into be seen and speak with an advisor on my options. I brought it in 30 mins later and was told at 9:30 AM! that the advisor went home sick, but I wouldn't have to pay for the diagnostic. I was told that my charge would be $196 for a $30 part. I asked to speak to the sales manage to get this fixed due to the fact that AT THE TIME OF SALE the vehicle was not emissions standard ready and that I have only had the truck for 24 hours. After leaving several voicemails and calling back I was finally put in touch with Essi who greeted me hostily and told them I shouldn't threaten them with a negative review because I bought the vehicle used and "as-is". I was told they would fix the ISSUES and be called back the following day to pick up the truck. Next day, got a call from Gary saying truck was ready to be picked up. In order for me to pick up the truck I had to sign papers saying I could not ask them to fix anything else that goes wrong with the truck. Seems like blackmail and not giving customers confidence in their purchase at your establishment. But ok, I sign thinking this is over. I drove off the lot got onto HWY 8 and check engine light comes back on for the same issue I brought it in for to get fixed. They lied to me and duped me, I missed 2 days of work over this and am now out $720 to fix the issue they never fixed and told me they would fix. Bob Stall sold me a vehicle that did not and couldn't pass emissions inspection at the time of sale and told me I was not eligible for Buyers Remorse. I won't get the truck back for another week due to these repairs. They cost me time, money and huge inconveniences. Had the vehicle for 1 week and its been in the shop for 6 days. I would NEVER recommend buying from here and after seeing the other reviews I feel like others are saying the same. Do yourself a favor buy going somewhere else. Somewhere that is honest and reputable. More

Feel like the salesman knew the product and got me the best deal for the money. Recommend anyone to purchase from here. More

He said his car was below market price, I asked for a Blue Book proof and it was a whopping $7.00 dls below, so I said thank you, and was about to leave, when he asked me a reasonable price for the car, I said 16k which was about what I had researched, when I was about to stand up he shouted that If I wanted a car without an engine he could sell it to me at that price. I was really insulted and disappointed of his attitude so I went to Courtesy Chevrolet and they treated us like a family, they got us a better car, a better price and better deal. More
Made up for the first issue. First visit had issues and was not pleased. They contacted me and have shown they do care about client service. Watch out for the "Best price Guaranty" This Guaranty does not mean you can't find a discounted Vehicle at a different dealer you often can and Bob Stall will not match there price. I found the same 2016 Silverado diesel at Courtesy Chevrolet with the same options for $2500.00 less the day after I bought my truck and was told that vehicle had factory discounts on it and they could not match that price. (So much for the best price guaranty) Before you buy contact Courtesy's internet department,you'll be glad you did. More

No Integrety, Honesty, or Good Customer Service that that won award for in 2015. I think they Got the big head and do me any kind of way!
