Darian Castillo @ Bob Ruth Ford, is the best vehicle facilitator, I have ever experienced. She made my purchase of a 2019 Kia Soul so seemless and easy, mostly done over the phone. I told her what I wanted, she found it for me, called me back with an appointment and all I had to do was show up, look at the Soul, sign the papers and was gone is about an hour. couldn't be less happy with a dealership experience in my life!!! run far far away!! started off by the vehicle overheating on test drive. alerted sales person to this, and they made me put a deposit down t life!!! run far far away!! started off by the vehicle overheating on test drive. alerted sales person to this, and they made me put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. fine. they "did the right thing" by taking the vehicle to another dealership to repair. that's a good thing right? NO! faulkners repair paperwork states "customer states engine bay smoking badly, check engine light on, found car severely overheated and low on coolant" COOL thanks Bob Ruth! If that's not bad enough the clutch slave starts to fail and leaves me stranded within 4 days of ownership! I pull in and tell them I want to return this dud and I'm told "sorry we don't do returns, but we can appraise the vehicle to BUY BACK" UM I'm sorry but your going to offer me a buy back of less money when its 4 days after purchasing?!?! so im like fine I'll let you guys fix it AGAIN. service manager comes out and states your within the warranty period of 90 days 2000 miles, but we have a $100 per visit claim clause.... WHAT I've owned the car for less than 5 days and now I have to pay for what was missed under the BOB RUTH CERTIFIED plan???? RUN FAR AWAY!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE More
I bought my ECOSPORT from Bob Ruth almost two years ago. I also get it serviced there as well. The entire staff is outstanding. The service staff is the best I seen, in some time.
