Long wait, but was well worth it! I love my Expedition! I have never had so much fun buying a vehicle than I did at Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg, PA. George Myers found just the Explorer I wanted and I have enjoyed it beyond any SUV I buying a vehicle than I did at Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg, PA. George Myers found just the Explorer I wanted and I have enjoyed it beyond any SUV I've ever driven and I've been driving for 55 years. My salesmen, Dave Staats, was extremely nice and very helpful. He understood my concerns and presented me with many options. I never felt pressured. In fact, he actually kind of talked me into a deal that probably didn't make him as much commission. It wasn't about the money with Dave, it was about getting me the best car buying/leasing experience for ME. I ended up leasing and I can tell you that as my lease is about to expire, the first person I called was Dave!! I trust him completely and will always start with him when I have a car buying decision to make!! More

He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our car. We plan on buying all our vehicles with George"s assistance in the future at Bob Ruth Ford. Even my 4 year old son looks forward to going here to visit our FRIEND George and get lollipops from Bob ( the owner). Jody in maintenance has also always been so kind and helpful. A refreshing change from typical car buying I was in the Harrisburg area for work this week. I had been researching a certain vehicle for nearly a month and found one online at Bob Ruth Ford. Sh I was in the Harrisburg area for work this week. I had been researching a certain vehicle for nearly a month and found one online at Bob Ruth Ford. Showed up at the lot and met Dave Staats. We immediately had some things to talk about as he is a retired police officer and I just took my exam. Dave was exactly what I look for when looking for a vehicle, but unfortunately hadn't found prior to Dave. Dave was personable, knowledgeable and an all-around pleasure to deal with. And that was just his personality. His work ethic and attention to the customer's needs is second to none. Dave easy to negotiate with and gave honest answers when talking. He went above and beyond what I expect when it comes to communication; he knew I was at a conference and was able to text me rather than call. Dave did all the necessary research and processing on his own. After we agreed that I wanted the car, Dave was off and running. Had everything ready when I arrived to pick the car up and even offered to keep an eye out for a specific car that my girlfriend is looking for. I live in the Pittsburgh area, and if Dave finds the car for her, I won't hesitate to make the drive back out that way to deal with him again. Couldn't be more happy with my experience. Keep up the great work Dave, and I will see you again soon. More
