Everyone was helpful, had some laughs, and offers drinks or whatever you may need that they can get my sugar levels dropped and they gave a drink to bring it up, thanks again. Purchased new Ford F-150 King Ranch from Charlie Lyter I had an older vehicle and was looking to trade on a new truck. Charlie Lyter went out of his way to accommodate our needs since we lived 25 miles aw I had an older vehicle and was looking to trade on a new truck. Charlie Lyter went out of his way to accommodate our needs since we lived 25 miles away. We had less than friendly service in Harrisburg so we thought we'd try Bob Ruth. Charlie Lyter actually brought a couple of vehicles to us to try. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles but presented the information with no pressure to buy. He eventually showed me a top of the line King Ranch, which I fell in love with and bought it the same day. This was possible only because of Charlie Lyters involvement from start to finish, and making sure the truck had all of. It's "treatments" prior to us driving it away. I left believing I got an honest and square deal with a person whom my wife and I trusted implicitly. If I ever go back, Charlie better be there!! More

The facility felt, casual, "down to earth", personable and completely free of nonsense fake formalities. The salesman made useful suggestions about what vehicles he had available based on my needs and budget, also did not hesitate on facilitating tools in order for me to make an informed decision at the time of buying. HE WAS NOT PUSHY at all,to the contrary, he was very humble, patient, and a pleasure to talk with. He was very helpful even one day after the sale when I called and asked him for a favor about my trade in. The sales manager was also helpful making himself available at all stages of the process. At the end, with an old fashion hand shake and without any games, I made a deal with my salesman and left very satisfied with the vehicle I bought. More
