Most Wonderful Time of the Year David Staats came through for me again! He helped me find my Milan in 2011 and now he came through and helped me find a car for my Mom! I was actually looking at a car in Shippensburg when I heard the ad for Bob Ruth Ford. So, I called David as soon as I got to work. Within less than a half hour he found 3 cars within my budget for us to look at. Needless to say my Mom fell for a completely different car, but David really helped us along the way. That afternoon, my Mom drove home in a car with heat and she no longer has to worry about making it to work or anywhere! I don't have to worry about her and she will have a smile on her face for many years to come. Thank you, David, for making my Mom feel like a queen! More

The old bait and switch? I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealer. I will say the original purchase experience went very well. Fast forward to today....10/29....Took van in for my first "FREE" service. As soon as I walked in to the service department and spoke with my adviser I was immediately pressured to buy a better service than what I was already promised for free. My feeling is if what I was offered for free wasn't good enough, then why offer it in the first place? I told the service adviser that I wanted what I was promised and nothing more. At that time I also asked if he could take a look at one of the seats in the back that would not "stow and go" like it was supposed to. This never worked from day one. We just figured we would get it fixed when we took the van in for the first service. He said ok. we will take a look at it. After waiting nearly 3 hours he came to me in the lounge and said "it will cost $250.00 to fix the seat." I said I can't afford that right now and just please do the service. He then told me it was going to cost $90.00 just for them to look at the seat. You gotta be kidding me! $90 bucks to look at something that should have worked from the very beginning! Being extremely pissed I just wanted to pay the bill and get the xxxx out of there. I knew when I walked in there today and was immediately pressed to purchase extras that I didn't need I was not going to leaving there without paying something. And of course...that was the reality. They got me for $90.00 but lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer that will not rip you off. More

With that said, our sales representative, Ron Hoffman, was superb. His patience was beyond appreciated and his friendly demeanor, accompanied by his zero - pressure sales approach, are a cut above the rest. His knowledge and expertise regarding automobiles is far beyond that of other representatives we've encountered. Plus, every employee at this location is friendly and seems to enjoy their work.
