Love this place! Highly recommend! I don't know too many people that actually enjoy the car buying experience, so when I pulled into Bob Ruth Ford over the weekend, my expectations were I don't know too many people that actually enjoy the car buying experience, so when I pulled into Bob Ruth Ford over the weekend, my expectations were pretty low. After looking around the lot and figuring out what vehicle I was interested in, I went into the sales department entrance and was greeted immediately and introduced to Sales Consultant, Brandon Parker. For a split second, I thought to myself, here we go again, put up your guard and get ready for the sales pitch that we've all come to know from our past experiences with car dealers. But within seconds, Brandon's down to earth approach and genuinely friendly personality made me realize that things were going to be different this time. At no point did Brandon make me feel rushed or pressured - that's not to say he wasn't interested in getting me to pick a car that was going to make me happy, because he was. He listened to my situation and made his recommendations - again, without putting any pressure on me. He quickly set up a test drive for me - even though I showed up 30 minutes until the place closed on a Saturday evening. Brandon never made me feel like I was holding him up or an inconvenience to him. After the test drive Brandon and I talked more about my options. At that point I was sold, not only on the car, but Bob Ruth Ford as a dealership that wasn't like the typical dealership. When Monday came around I came into Bob Ruth to find that all the paperwork that could possibly be done ahead of time was already completed. All I needed to do was to sign the remaining documents and I was driving off in my new car. What a great experience! From Brandon and his coworkers in sales to Tim in Finance, this place was very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Bob Ruth to anyone that wants to experience a different kind of car-buying experience. I will definitely be coming back when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

Customer Service Satisfaction The reason for Average is- #1-- As part of "The Works" package of rotating the tires, I asked for the L rear tire to be checked for a slow leak as the The reason for Average is- #1-- As part of "The Works" package of rotating the tires, I asked for the L rear tire to be checked for a slow leak as the "low tire Pressure" warning light was coming on every 2-3 weeks and I am taking a Road Trip to Key West this Sunday! When I inquired about this picking up the vehicle, they took me to the mechanic and was told he eyed the tire but found nothing, I asked if it was water dunked to check for leak, the reply was no! so, in my mind, not fully checked, now I have to worry about if I am going to have a problem while on the trip!! #2- I inquired about a Senior Discount, was told yes-when I picked up the vehicle, the discount was not given and they had to refund the initial charge and re ring the transaction so the discount was not given, and 10% of a $1000.00 bill is a lot of $$ for me! So an Average Review is given as I did not feel everything was done to my "Customer Satisfaction" ! More

Everyone was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Devin was super helpful when finding the perfect car and especially helpful with my 1 year old son. He interacted with him the whole time and helped me transfer the car seat each time we test drove a different vehicle. He was understanding of the limited time I had and had me out the door with my new car within two hours. I did not get the great service that I got at Bob Ruth at any other dealership in my area. From now on, I will always choose to go to Bob Ruth for buying a new car or any service/repair work! More
