I called about 25 minutes before closing on a Friday evening, after not getting a call back as promised by Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg. Jordyn answered my questions, suggested I utilize the pre-qualifying finance tool on their website & come in the next day. He didn't rush me off the phone as Fred Beans had done just moments earlier. Jordyn followed up Sat am with a call! When my daughter and I arrived at Bob Ruth, Jordyn greeted us and he even had the vehicle we discussed the evening before ready for me to test drive : ) I ended up leasing a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!!! Jordyn was personable and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy and the unique circumstance for my visit were graciously considered by all staff. Holly in finance was helpful as well & Randy (also in finance) made special accommodations to meet my needs. They even served us lunch - and not just your typical hot dogs that most dealerships offer on a Saturday, but lasagna! Jordyn has a bright future in sales - he is honest and accommodating, committed to meeting the needs of the customer rather than attempting to persuade me into a purchase that I am not interested in.
