The process was quick and easy and everyone was so helpful. Bought a 2017 Ford Escape at Bob Ruth Ford last week, and it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. My salesman was, Brandon, and he was excellent to work with. He was extremely helpful, kind, and i never felt pressured. I was planning on getting my loan through my credit union, but since it was a Saturday the loan wouldn't be finalized till Monday. However, I decided to still drive over a hour to Bob Ruth to test drive the car. Once my husband and i arrived we went into the salesroom and were greeted by a very friendly young lady who told us to sit at an open table and that someone would be with us. Brandon was quickly at our table introducing himself. I explained my situation with the credit union and that i didn't bring my down payment because i didn't think i would be able to purchase it today. He told me that if i liked the car and wanted it today that they would do everything they could to match my credit unions APR. After we test drove it i knew i wanted it, so we started the paperwork. They were able to get my payment where i wanted it. However, my husband didn't have his license on him so we couldn't finalize the paperwork. They allowed me take the car with me and we set up to come back a few days later on Tuesday with my down payment & his license. We got there around 7 on Tuesday evening. Brandon greeted us and we chatted a bit, and then he took us to finish up our paperwork with, Tim, one of the Finance Managers. Tim was so easy to work with and very friendly. I was planning on being there for a while because the last car i bought took 3 hours. However, we were out of there before 8!!! Thank you Bob Ruth Ford for the awesome experience! More

The dealership offers a huge variety of vehicles and their website as well as car lot is easy to search and compare. As an out-of state buyer, Jesse was incredibly helpful over the course of my week’s search at the dealership and he truly was what made this an outstanding experience. Jesse is extraordinarily personable and friendly but he also sat down with me and listened intently to what I was interested in. From there he was beyond patient and incredibly informed when answering all of my questions.
