2nd time I took my car to them for the services they offer when purchasing the car. The first time they broke something off the wheel and it took twice as long as it should have to do a simple tire rota offer when purchasing the car. The first time they broke something off the wheel and it took twice as long as it should have to do a simple tire rotations and oil change, they wanted us to purchase something for double the price I could find it at another place like Pep Boys. The second time was for inspection and it passed but they overcharged me for a filter and used cheap filter instead of the manufacture filter and acted as if it was gold. When I called to discuss the issue, they tossed me around to different departments and then never called me back. I won't be returning either of my vehicles to be serviced here anymore. More

My first impression was not good. After making an appointment to look at 5 trucks, I arrived to a crowded and busy dealership where nobody was available to help me. Finally, Joe came to help but h appointment to look at 5 trucks, I arrived to a crowded and busy dealership where nobody was available to help me. Finally, Joe came to help but he could only find keys to 2 of the trucks. As we walked to the first truck He was getting a phone call from another salesperson and stopped momentarily to help another customer. I left and went to another dealership. The next night I went back after hours and emailed Joe. The next evening I arrived to pick up my truck and Joe was polishing it. Joe is awesome. Another great employee is Amy. Amy helped me with the paperwork. Two amazing people that made buying a vehicle a great experience. More
