All was pretty good, The place was packed with shoppers and I felt a little overwhelmed, but they keep the process moving. After I picked the truck I wanted to buy, I was moved to other people and I never and I felt a little overwhelmed, but they keep the process moving. They have lots of cars and trucks to choose from. A bit low on my trade, I thought my trade was worth more, but they are all like that. 2nd time I took my car to them for the services they offer when purchasing the car. The first time they broke something off the wheel and it took twice as long as it should have to do a simple tire rota offer when purchasing the car. The first time they broke something off the wheel and it took twice as long as it should have to do a simple tire rotations and oil change, they wanted us to purchase something for double the price I could find it at another place like Pep Boys. The second time was for inspection and it passed but they overcharged me for a filter and used cheap filter instead of the manufacture filter and acted as if it was gold. When I called to discuss the issue, they tossed me around to different departments and then never called me back. I won't be returning either of my vehicles to be serviced here anymore. More
