One of my best car shopping experience. First let me add that the only time I write a review on a product or service is when it has either been excellent or terrible. This time I have to say that the product (vehicle) was exactly what I expected and then some more, but what drove me (no pun intended) to really write this review was the superb service which I received from both Brittany R. and Joe S. throughout my shopping experience. From my first contact with Bob Ruth Ford, Brittany was very responsive throughout my contacts with the dealership, provided immediate responses to my questions while also showing a sense of concern without the typical "sales pressure" that someone normally associates with a car dealership. On the day of scheduled appointment when I had the opportunity to get away from my busy schedule, I was greeted by Joe S. who also showed a sense of concern with meeting my needs without the typical sales pitch. Upon arrival, I could tell that it was a very busy day, but Joe took the time to explain the details of the two vehicles I had pre-selected to review, while also explaining the sales process. Throughout my time while I was there, it was a very well balance of "let's get this guy into the car he's looking for" without the typical sales pitch. My overall impression if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford, and if you get to work with these two individuals that will be even better, but I also think the entire staff will also treat you just as good due to the fact that they frequently asked how was I doing and if I needed anything. More

I truly had lost all hope until I went to Bob Ruth Ford. I was a single mom, looking to decrease my payment, owing 5,000 more on my one trade than it was worth and BRF came through for me, when numerous o I was a single mom, looking to decrease my payment, owing 5,000 more on my one trade than it was worth and BRF came through for me, when numerous other dealerships turned me down. They took both of my trades, decreased my monthly payment by $160.00, put me into a beautiful brand new car and they were there to help me, not take advantage of me! I am forever thankful and highly recommend them! More
I took my 2020 Ford F-150 to them for transmission problems. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, i just wasnt accustomed to the shifting pattern of the new 10 speed. 3 months problems. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, i just wasnt accustomed to the shifting pattern of the new 10 speed. 3 months later i take the truck back due to the shifting getting worse. This time they thought to check the fluid level, well lo and behold, it was low on fluid! Problem solved, so why couldn't their $129 an hour mechanics think to check the fluid level the 1st time??? I also had an issue with my remote locks not working, when Ford refused to cover it under warranty, they stuck ME with the bill! When i got my truck home, there were 2 door dings that weren't there when i gave it to them! Im gonna fight them on that, for sure. Don't waste your time or money going here, you will get NO satisfaction! The service manager has absolutely NO customer service skills! More

When we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted and thanked for our visit. Our trade was evaluated, while we test drove the new vehicle. Our salesperson, Anne Jones, was very helpful. She went over all the functions of the vehicle. The financing went very smoothly and no high pressure to buy additional coverage. We are very pleased with the entire car buying process. It is definitely worth the drive to buy your next vehicle here. More

People were great there, definitely knowledgeable but not pushy. They don't have to be because their prices are great and their vehicles are top quality.
