My experience with Bob Ruth Ford from start to finish was fantastic. The texting capabilities makes the experience easy for someone like myself who cannot answer the phone all the time. I had my son with me and Tyler was extremely kind and engaging with him. I would highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford if you are looking for a vehicle. They don't push to make the sale. They are extremely respectful of your thoughts and decisions. They will bend over backwards to try to find you a vehicle that you will love and be happy with. More

Purchased a 2013 Mazda Miata from Bob Ruth Ford a couple of weeks ago. I live in Upstate NY and had the card delivered to me. The Miata was beautiful - almost like new. Dropped my truck off for the works package and two other small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, which I was understanding of given staffing and workload concerns - but I was disappointed in the gross lack of communication and customer oriented focus of my service advisor. Coming from a service industry, customer experience is a huge thing and this trip did not check the boxes. I believe in the dealership and the brand - very disappointed with this last experience though. More
