Purchased a 2013 Mazda Miata from Bob Ruth Ford a couple of weeks ago. I live in Upstate NY and had the card delivered to me. The Miata was beautiful - almost like new. Everyone I delt with were very professional and made the long distance puchase very easy. I worked with Kami, Amy and Nicole. They helped me through the who process and I now have a car that makes me smile every time I look at it and especially when I drive it. More

Dropped my truck off for the works package and two other small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, which I was understanding of given staffing and workload concerns - but I was disappointed in the gross lack of communication and customer oriented focus of my service advisor. Coming from a service industry, customer experience is a huge thing and this trip did not check the boxes. I believe in the dealership and the brand - very disappointed with this last experience though. More
