He explains all service work performed and what service will need preformed for next appointment thoroughly. He has a pleasant and friendly demeanor. More

I just bought my Explorer 3 months ago. I was to get 2 free oil changes and a state inspection. Well I took my Explorer up for the oil change and Keith Hartman Charges me for it. My experience with Bob Ruth Ford from start to finish was fantastic. The texting capabilities makes the experience easy for someone like myself who cannot answer the phone all the time. I had my son with me and Tyler was extremely kind and engaging with him. I would highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford if you are looking for a vehicle. They don't push to make the sale. They are extremely respectful of your thoughts and decisions. They will bend over backwards to try to find you a vehicle that you will love and be happy with. More
Purchased a 2013 Mazda Miata from Bob Ruth Ford a couple of weeks ago. I live in Upstate NY and had the card delivered to me. The Miata was beautiful - almost like new. Dropped my truck off for the works package and two other small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, which I was understanding of given staffing and workload concerns - but I was disappointed in the gross lack of communication and customer oriented focus of my service advisor. Coming from a service industry, customer experience is a huge thing and this trip did not check the boxes. I believe in the dealership and the brand - very disappointed with this last experience though. More
