I have worked with Bob Ruth Ford for a lot of years now, bought 7 vehicle from George Myers. He in my opinion is the best salesman in the business. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. Prior to seeing the car for the first time I was contacted by a sales rep "Lino" 6 times (2 texts, 2 emails and 2 calls). I finally get to the deale Prior to seeing the car for the first time I was contacted by a sales rep "Lino" 6 times (2 texts, 2 emails and 2 calls). I finally get to the dealership to trade my current vehicle in. They never even opened the hood or drove it. The offer was garbage. Purchased the vehicle and drove for 1 week. Heated seats didn't work nor the windshield pump. I called every day for two weeks with no return calls. Finally spoke to some one in the service department of which was extremely helpful. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from here. Don't be fooled, find another dealer! More

I just bought my Explorer 3 months ago. I was to get 2 free oil changes and a state inspection. Well I took my Explorer up for the oil change and Keith Hartman Charges me for it.
