Very Shady, As I was on the phone with Insurance they discussed all financing and warranties with my fiancé. She asked them to wait and they continued to show her options and she felt pressured and rushe discussed all financing and warranties with my fiancé. I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge as is. I agreed to pay for them to repair what was wrong with the car before purchase. I was handed a list of everything that was wrong. When I picked up the car and drove it home, I turned on the air conditioning and it was working on the passenger but the driver's side was blowing hot air. So the air and heat were on at the same time. I can't believe that the service tech that checked out this car did not see this problem. After paying $2000 for repairs, I am going to have to spend even more money to fix this problem, and depending on the expense, had I known about this, I might have decided not to purchase the car. Had I known about this I would have had it fixed when they were doing all of the other repairs. So now I will have to take it back to the shop. I would say that so far, this has not been a great experience for me. I contacted my sales rep to discuss this and he never returned my call. More
