The facility is organized and clean, the staff had excellent customer service and treated us so kindly and gave us their upmost attention. UNSCRUPULOUS and AMORAL! Was working with my husband on a truck on the lot. Numbers ran, offer ACCEPTED, only to find out that OH- they can't take a LEASE vehicle on trade! Was working with my husband on a truck on the lot. Numbers ran, offer ACCEPTED, only to find out that OH- they can't take a LEASE vehicle on trade! Hubby put down a $200 deposit to HOLD the truck on the lot and went to GMC who agreed to buy back the lease. He called the dealership to finish out the deal and THEY SOLD the truck HE HAD a DEPOSIT ON! And DEPOSIT WAS NOT RETURNED! NO call, no NOTHING! And this was in 2 DAYS of taking his deposit! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau! More
