I live in Virginia and I was having a hard time selling my 2019 Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack for what I wanted. Most of the interest I got was attempts at fraud of some kind or another. Some were probably serious buyers, but didn't come close to what I was asking. Then, I get a notice from Amy at Bob Ruth Ford expressing interest in my car. We talked about the car and negotiated a price, the highest I had gotten thus far, and started the process of the sale and pickup. Since I didn't know Bob Ruth Ford and wasn't even close buy, I was skeptical that this was a real offer as many others I had received failed to come through. But, Amy gave me confidence that they were the real deal relieving me of concerns of making the trade by telling me Bob Ruth's history and also having me Google reviews of them. Harold from Bob Ruth drove 2.5 hours to my house to checked out the car was as described. Harold gave me confidence that he and the whole Bob Ruth organization was trustworthy. And, BAM!, called in for an electronic bank wire transfer for the price we had agreed on. Quick, smooth as silk, very professional people all around. Even though they had not seen the car, they came out prepared, paperwork ready to pay what I asked. I encourage you to use them. More
I worked with Dave and Chuck Galaspy at Bob Ruth, Truly a 5 star experience. I will be recommending to family and friends, I have not had the chance to use the service department as of yet, but, hoping that 5 star experience. Scheduled an appointment for a state inspection, dropped the car off the day before and they never got to it. Argued with me that it was a "drop off " appointment and not a regular one despite their confirm the car off the day before and they never got to it. I bought a 2021 Rubicon and from start to finish it was the best dealership experience I ever had. Due to my work schedule it was done over the phone. Kenny and the staff made my purchase fun and exciting. I plan on ordering my new King Ranch from them in the fall and I have 3 local Ford dealers in my area. Again great great experience. He actually told my daughter he doesn't want to sell her a car anyway and she can leave. I was trying to make a deal for her on the phone I was out of state. This guy tried taking advantage of her. The price of the car was $15800 with no wiggle room. Then he insisted on selling her Gap ins and the extended warranty. When I told him we do not want those items He says to me Sir your not buying the car.. Well Sir I actually am. Plus they had a Mustang I was hoping to add to my collection. But since they don't want to sell us a car. We moved on and found a better deal. I feel for Nick He tried but was taken out of the deal from the start. More

Searched for a long time for a Ford F-150 and found what we were looking for at Bob Ruth. Going in on a Saturday may have been a bad idea, they were very busy and were juggling multiple customers. However, if you know that going in and are patient, it's worth the wait. Levi Winters showed me two models. Test drove the one I settled on and made the deal. He appraised my trade-in sight un-seen. The process was effortless, no games. All in all it was a great experience. I didn't work with any other sales person, but if I go back I would ask for Levi again. More
