Called and made appointment for service for my new car. Ask him to check to ensure that is free service and he said yes. After the car was ready, he came and said it's done but you have to pay $79 for oil change.I said why and he said it's too soon and Hyundai will not pay for it. I told him why you and the other person who I made the appointment said it's free and why you did not tell me at the time of check in. Thank God I had some coupons to give them so they release my car. Coupons were given to me when I bought the car there by Rick ( Bob's Son) The general manager at the time. I do not know what has happened to this dealership which anymore customer means nothing to them. I bought 12 cars in 10 years from this dealership and hope they fix their problems soon. They did not even do car wash on my car. Very sad overall. More
