I really wanted to like this dealership. They were very nice while we were there buying my vehicle. They were very friendly to my children as well. They were not pushy, and it did feel more personal than experiences I had at other dealerships. Unfortunately, after that day my customer service experience has been poor. I brought my car back there the day after I bought it due to my seat being stuck in the flat-reclined position. They got the seat back up for me and told me they would be in touch within a couple of days to replace the switch. The seat can't be adjusted without a switch. I have not heard from them since. I have called, emailed, left voice mails, and have not heard a thing. It has been 2 months. I purchased the extra warranty, but this experience has me worried about my future repairs if needed. It is easy to be nice when you are selling something to someone....I am highly disappointed. More
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! The charged me almost 200 dollars more than they said on the phone and my car broke down 1/2 mile away from lot.
