I asked if LoJack was optional and was told that it was not because it was already installed on the vehicle. I go to download the app a few days later and the app said the hardware was not in the vehicle. not because it was already installed on the vehicle. So now I have to return to the dealership to have something installed that I do not even want but had to pay $650 for. It is a huge inconvenience, and I did not even receive an apology. More
