I apologize for your frustrations. When we spoke on the phone about the service delay, I offered several solutions, that at the time, were appreciated. You and your wife both thanked me for getting in touch so quickly with those solutions, and I believe we had the vehicles work expressed and done only 30 minutes after the quoted initially time (I again apologize for any delays with that matter... it should never have even been a conversation). You stated that you were in a time pinch due to an appointment scheduled to sell the car to a third-party individual. I offered you a complex figure, cash, of what I would purchase the vehicle for, which was precisely the asking price. Would you please let me apologize if you had left a message for me that was not returned? I do a relatively decent job of returning phone calls when I have noted, but I am not perfect. As you can imagine... I receive several calls a day with multiple offers. I am sorry if yours slipped through the cracks. Please email me directly at zac.kinch@rohrmanauto.com if you would like to discuss smatter further. I feel like the 1.3 star rating is slightly unfair due to all of the effort that was made, but I can also own my mistakes.
