I am just so pleased with the people at Bob Rohrman Toyota. Travis promptly replied to my Email inquiry then put me in contact with Trevor who set up time for me to come in to talk about getting a New Toyota. Trevor and Robert showed me the value of my Trade and I ordered my new Vehicle that day. Trevor kept me informed of the build, Train progress, on a regular basis. Answering my questions promptly so I never had a worry. The day my Tacoma arrived at dealership I got a call from Trevor so we scheduled the additional Zeibart treatment for next day. Trevor got it in early and when I came the next day it was ready before I got to the dealership. Not expecting to take it home that day. Just get paperwork started. Trevor and Travis got my paperwork done and into finance with no problems ( great teamwork). Spencer in finance made record time from start to finish. No one was at the service desk when I came to pick up my truck. Someone walked by and told me to go to another desk. The lady at that desk told me I needed to go to the empty service desk.
