UPDATE: Maddie at Bob Rohrman Toyota called us to follow up on our frustrations with the service department this week. She was kind, patient, and understanding. She listened, acted, apologized, and made it right. We received a refund for hundreds of dollars that was mistakenly charged and provided us with several complimentary future services. Yesterday, I stopped by there to solve this issue, The front desk staff responded that the mechanic might forget to reset the light. I asked him in the paperwork you gave me shows that it was completed. “He says paper automatically shows everything was completed.” First, he tried to reset it but could not do so and changed my car setting then took the car to the shop. I watched him on the screens. Without covering the seat, the mechanic sits on it and reset it. (I respect his work, but due to his working conditions, his clothes have oils and make the car seat oil) I hope the oil and filter change, multipoint inspection, battery check, coolant, and windshield works were not automatically marked as completed in the paper without being properly done. Because the paperwork indicates the battery is in good condition, but three days later, I had to replace it. I have checked the coolant and other fluids levels nothing was done.
