Quick service and nice staff there but getting through on the phone to make an appt took days. I couldn’t schedule online because it didn’t list my car model. Disappointed. Angry are the best words that I can describe from the experience. You'd figure for 18K for a vehicle you'd figure they would fix the heated seats. When I brought it up to the manager he's like "Jordan didn't mention that. I'll talk to him on Monday regarding that." Then when I brought it up to him, he lied and said the service department couldn't do anything about it and to call Hyundai and it should be covered under the 250 dollar deductible warranty. The finance process went entirely too quickly and was not explained properly. I was told that on this day 30 days from purchase that my payment would come out. No try like 2 weeks. I will not be returning for a second vehicle. Less than personable experience here than anywhere else I have been in town. Enjoy your commission, Jordan. More

I appreciate all the good work, but must admit to great discomfort this last visit. I have cancer and a compromised immune system, so for a representative to not wear a mask is alarming. The bigger guy with the undercut and ponytail didn’t attempt to wear a mask, and actually sneezed while several people were in the waiting room. I have stopped mentioning mask wearing to folks as I have never had it end civilly. However, I won’t be returning until I can be assured that proper protocol will be followed. More
