Our salesman Spencer was great to work with. He was so helpful that we came back 4 months later and bought another 2021 Seltos. Joe was fabulous in the service department. My MIL light went on... thought it might be from gas fumes- but it turned out to be a corroded wire. It took a couple of hours to fix which was a little nerve - wracking - because I had to be somewhere- fumes- but it turned out to be a corroded wire. The service department was great as usual. However, I am disappointed in Kia, itself, for pushing customers to add a fuel additive for their potential engine problem. Charging $30 to pour in a $5 additive i disappointed in Kia, itself, for pushing customers to add a fuel additive for their potential engine problem. Charging $30 to pour in a $5 additive is ridiculous. If it is that big of concern, this should be at their expense. More
Very kind showing the new facility is going to be great, so glad I chose to use KIA for all our services. I will be back, I have talked to Jordan in the sales department while we were looking at the new vehicles, impressed with what he had to stay and possible trade of our 2018 Kia Sedona XL. Maybe we might get a good price of our well maintained van!!! MAYBE!! BUT I REALLY LIKE IT!!! More
Spoke with a lady on the Chat app early in the morning about a truck that the dealership had advertised. She said she would have someone contact me when they opened. Within 15 minutes of opening I had a m about a truck that the dealership had advertised. She said she would have someone contact me when they opened. Within 15 minutes of opening I had a message from Jalen Moore about the truck. He did a walk around video of the truck so that i could see it. We set an appointment for the following morning to look at the truck. I filled out a credit app online and when i went in the following morning, looked at the truck and decided I wanted to purchase it my credit app had already been approved and all we had to do was work the numbers. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so with my new to me truck. Was very refreshing More
