My MIL light went on... thought it might be from gas fumes- but it turned out to be a corroded wire. It took a couple of hours to fix which was a little nerve - wracking - because I had to be somewhere- fumes- but it turned out to be a corroded wire. The service department was great as usual. However, I am disappointed in Kia, itself, for pushing customers to add a fuel additive for their potential engine problem. Charging $30 to pour in a $5 additive i disappointed in Kia, itself, for pushing customers to add a fuel additive for their potential engine problem. Very kind showing the new facility is going to be great, so glad I chose to use KIA for all our services. Spoke with a lady on the Chat app early in the morning about a truck that the dealership had advertised. She said she would have someone contact me when they opened. Within 15 minutes of opening I had a m about a truck that the dealership had advertised. She said she would have someone contact me when they opened. Within 15 minutes of opening I had a message from Jalen Moore about the truck. He did a walk around video of the truck so that i could see it. We set an appointment for the following morning to look at the truck. I filled out a credit app online and when i went in the following morning, looked at the truck and decided I wanted to purchase it my credit app had already been approved and all we had to do was work the numbers. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so with my new to me truck. Was very refreshing More
