40.00 oil change fee. That is what it cost most anywhere. The shock was the 40.00 labor fee to put the oil in for 80.00 oil change. Was my first oil change on a new car. I can’t express enough how easy everything went for us. We traded in our 2015 Kia Sedona for a 2021 Kia Sedona. Our salesman Jalen was awesome. Never once did we seem pushed to purchase new. During the buying process we were told that they would have the van cleaned for us and full tank of gas. The van was purchased late Saturday and they were gracious enough to let us take it home without have stickers removed. No big deal. I went in the following Monday to have that done, it took 2 hours. Then to get in the van notice sticker residue on the window from the window sticker and no full tank of gas. With being there for 2 hours that should’ve been done. Those were my only complaints. More

8 hours. Thats how long I've been waiting for a real price. Car is listed at 31k. I ask for an out the door price at 9am. At 330pm I finally get a price of 37k. 6k higher then its listed online. Then I price. Car is listed at 31k. I ask for an out the door price at 9am. At 330pm I finally get a price of 37k. 6k higher then its listed online. Then I question how its 6k higher and I get told due to a military discount which is $400. I say thats incorrect and no response to calls or texts. This is the worst buying experience ever and I have worked in the auto industry for 20 years. Very, very sad to see. More

I made an appointment for a specific vehicle fully intending to purchase. I had the money and everything ready. I was never told I needed to pay a deposit to hold the car. I drove four hours round trip and spent two hours here and they sold the vehicle to what appeared to be a salesmen’s buddy that showed up the same time as me without an appointment. I agreed to consider other similar available vehicles (that were all substantially more expensive) since I was already there. I asked no fewer than three times the purchase price and they refused to tell me. I asked for my trade in back so I could take a break and they told me they still had it. They never told me what they were giving me for my trade but kept trying to shove a lease down my throat despite my clear intent to purchase. Anytime I asked for specifics I was met with “this is your monthly payment” and refused to provide purchase price. At that point it was clear they take advantage of people. To finally end my experience the salesman that sold the car I was there to buy grabbed the key off the desk in front of me and started laughing. No one ever apologized for the confusion on my appointment. After finally obtaining my own car back (they held my keys for almost two hours) and getting out of there I got an email saying I had missed my appointment, I assume so they can cover themselves for what happened by pretending I didn’t show up. I’ve since talked to several friends who had similar experiences. They truly live up to the bad reputation of car dealers and are one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever encountered, which as an attorney is saying a lot. Stay away. More
