I was treated with respect, and as a woman that is especially important to me. I have had bad experience at other dealers. Craig,the salesman, took as much time driving vehicles with me as I needed an especially important to me. I have had bad experience at other dealers. Craig,the salesman, took as much time driving vehicles with me as I needed and answered all of my questions respectfully. I felt at ease making a decision and not pressured. Craig also paid attention to my needs/concerns for a vehicle. On a second drive he asked about my sons, as I had shared they were coming home for Thanksgiving. That made me feel confident that he was listening & cared. So when it came time to buy, I made sure he was who we dealt with. Craig also returned texts and sent pictures of vehicles that had come in and I was appreciative for that as well. He was there to help, not pressure and hound. Bob Moore was the only dealer to ask if I needed anything, drink,etc. I felt appreciated as soon as I walked into the showroom. At other dealers I would walk in and around for some time before anyone even acknowledged my existance. My only regret is that I wanted to get a different price for the vehicle. I did research to get an estimate of how much a car would be worth and so I had a specific amount in mind. We didn't get that price. More
Initially I was dissappointed with this dealership. I put a deposit on a car that I was told would be brought in from another state. A week later I was told that the car I wanted was not available and t put a deposit on a car that I was told would be brought in from another state. A week later I was told that the car I wanted was not available and that I would need to choose a different color to get the features that I wanted in a 2011 model. I did not want a different color so I chose to terminate the contract. The next day I received a call from Toni, the sales manager, apologizing for the problem and offering the car that I originally wanted in a 2012 model for a little more money (less than $400). I agreed to this and the rest of my experience with the dealership was good. More

This was one of the nicest dealerships that I have traded with. They did not go back and forth on pricing, etc. I live four hours from OKC and don't have the time to travel back and forth. Ron Vervack was very kind and met me half way to deliver the new car the following week. There were only a couple of small issues. They had neglected to put any manuals in car (so still don't know how to operate everything), Ron apologized and also for not bringing the extra keys to the car. He is mailing them to me. Also, the back seats had grease in several places from the work they had done on it. I cleaned it up without any on the carpet. I'm not really picky, but there are two other things that I'm not sure are right. When you push the start button, there is always a loud creaking noise before engine starts. I just don't want something to happen, if this might be a problem. Also, when they installed the beautiful "Infiniti" kick plate light, the part that snaps on to the car is loose on both sides. I can move it a full inch up and down. Don't know if that is the way it should be. I don't want it to break off. Sorry for the length, but I am single and don't know much about fixing things on cars and driving four hours is a little too far if these are not issues. I do love the car! Thanks - Deborah More

I was trying to find a more fuel efficient vehicle that was still sporty and had enough room for my two children. Jamie was very helpful, timely with e-mail responses, and had everything set-up when my h was still sporty and had enough room for my two children.
