While it disheartens me to leave a one star review, I have a few things to note about my experience. I believe stating positive things is always the best approach! Positives: 1) the staff, minus Nick - the new car sales manager, is wonderful. The place is clean, the people I spoke to were nice, etc! I worked with AJ, spoke to the receptionist a few times, Steve (the used car sales manager), & someone on the sales team named Jason. Now to the cons... Due the advice (silly me) of persuasive car salesman, I bought the vehicle the same day I drove it. Learn from me… don’t do that (especially if you’re alone). Nick was "so happy" AJ pulled him on this deal because he was the original seller on the car I purchased. Nick walked me through ownership history leaving out that one tire (appears) to need to be replaced. I say appears because I haven't had the opportunity to seek other examination at this time (June 10th 2024). In Oklahoma, you buy cars "as is", which is understandable. I’ll likely use caravan or go to Texas moving forward. Nonetheless, I still sought clarity regarding my question on the tire because if I plan to utilize this location for maintenance, I need to trust them. After speaking with AJ, he told me I’d need to speak with Steve (the used car sales manager) to address my concerns. I called the main line and asked to be transferred to Steve. I encountered Nicks demeaning and absolutely belittling tone and statements. I didn't call to speak to with Nick... I want to be very clear on that. He acted like he had no idea why I was calling, made rude statements, and that leads me to this review. In life we all learn as we go. I adore the car, but I do wish when seeking clarity and understanding when purchasing from a luxury vehicle establishment I would be greeted with respect at the very minimum. Regardless of if you agree with someone. Respect, in sales, should be something you never sway from. My advice to anyone reading this, if you find yourself needing to purchase a vehicle from this establishment, stay as far away from Nick as you can. He will appear kind, when at his core he is rude. When someone gets an attitude during a discussion for no reason.. that speaks to who they truly are. Large purchases like this are a big deal. To be on the other end of a call and act like someone doesn't deserve respect because 1) they are through a phone 2) the deal is done" and "they don't have to disclose" things is ridiculous. Again, this review is mainly centered around Nick and his absolutely poor skills dealing with people. He, based on my interaction, is the definition of a slimy car salesman. Beware. :) Nonetheless, the overall experience was fine and I wish AJ, Steve, Jason & the kind lady who directs calls all the best! More

Bought the vehicle remotely - big leap of faith but the salesman sent excellent quality videos showing the car inside and out. Sent another video a week later to show the small flaws in the vehicle.
