Ron took over once we got there and had the patience of Job and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He went the extra mile with both of us and even personally delivered our QX56 to our home for us and set the garage door openers and made sure we knew how to work everything on our car. Chris did the closing paperwork for us and was friendly and professional. He discussed the pros and cons of each step including warranties and insurance. I'm sure he works on commission, but saved me money by showing how some items I normally purchase on new vehicles were not in my best interest.
